Tree Zines for Teens – City of Forest Day

Creative nature walk through McGolrick Park.Together, we’ll explore the park, learn to identify common NYC trees, and create our own zines along the way. We'll meet at the entrance of Nassau Avenue and Russell Street, and the rain date is Saturday, October 4th at noon.

Roots & Reflections: Episode 2

Roots & Reflections is a collage workshop that re-defines our relationship to the more-than-human by directing attention to nature in the unnatural city environment. Learn the names, stories, and how to identify members of the urban forest. Pay homage to the city’s aliveness and find sparks within yourself.
