Urban Tree ID and Falling Leaves Art Project

Take a foraging walk around Governor’s Island and identify trees in the urban farm area. Add some compost mulch around the base of some of these trees. Select an autumn leaf to preserve in wax paper to create a window hanging to take home. Requires a ferry ride to Governor’s Island.
