The Science of Forests

Scientists at the CUNY Advanced Science Research Center are studying the effects of Climate Change on urban vegetation and natural areas. Featuring activity tables about dendrochronology and photosynthesis with scientists doing real-life studies on NY’s forests. Additionally, get a demonstration using DIY air quality sensors and using citizen science in the Community Sensor Lab!
