Join iDig2Learn for “Forest For Us” in Lighthouse Park on the northern tip of Roosevelt Island. Learn about over 25 species of baby trees and join activities for all ages including tree care, tree label placement, and planting. Witness the mesmerizing performance of Jody Sperling’s Time Lapse Dance ensemble at 3 PM. Reconnect with Lighthouse Park and friends from Coler hospital, enjoy the dynamic water views, visit the Girl Puzzle Monument sculpture, and enjoy the relaxing and reviving health benefits of our urban forests.
