City of Forest Day: Woodland Restoration in Marine Park

Join the Urban Park Rangers on a hike through Marine Park’s coastal woodland restoration areas. Learn about the amazing plant and animal species that rely on this unique and threatened habitat. (We’re hoping to highlight the healthy bigtooth aspen stand and some other recent plantings that have flourished since restoration efforts started ~20 years ago). Meet at the Marine Park Salt Marsh Nature Center.
