Brooklyn Bridge Park City of Forest Day

Teen Service Day: Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy is hosting a Green Team social event for NYC teens from 10:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m.! Teens will participate in a green team event helping Brooklyn Bridge Park’s horticulture department care for the sprawling woodland habitats of Pier 1, completing tasks such as weeding, planting and mulching. Stick around at the end for some snacks and socializing with other teens. All participants will receive community service hours. Registration required!
City of Forest Day Scavenger Hunts: Join us and learn about the vital roles of urban woodlands like Brooklyn Bridge Park’s Pier 1 habitats! Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy’s education team will have forest themed scavenger hunts and prizes for children and families from 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. near Granite Prospect at Pier 1.
