City of Forest Day at Pelham Bay Park – Forest Restoration

Join NYC Parks to help protect and restore the forest ecosystem in Pelham Bay Park! This event is from 9:00am to noon. Come dressed in sturdy boots or shoes, long pants, and clothing that can get dirty. Please bring your own reusable water bottles. Tools, gloves, sunblock, and bug spray will be provided. Space is limited and registration is required. Volunteers under 18 must be accompanied by a chaperone. This event has been funded in part by NYC Service.
