Appreciating Mt. Loretto

Stop by the DEC environmental educators tent by the parking lot kiosk to learn about what makes Mt. Loretto so special. This unique area with coastal shoreline, grasslands and freshwater wetlands is home to a number of different wildlife, plants and trees that tie it all together. DEC Educators will be there from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM to teach about the trees of Mt. Loretto and hand out self guided scavenger hunts and tree ID guides.
